- Credit Cards / Debit Card
Currently, We have three payment gateways to process credit/debit card payments. We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, Discover & JCB credit/debit cards via Credit/Debit Card 1/2 payment gateway. At the same time, we accept Visa, Master & UnionPay credit/debit cards via Credit/Debit Card 3 payment gateway.
- PayPal / PayPal Credit (not available now as our account is limited)
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, all debit or credit cards(scroll down to check how to pay credit/debit card without a PayPal account), and rewards balance.
- Klarna Pay in 4 – US Only
Currently, Klarna is only available to US customers purchasing dolls that height more than 139cm. Klarna Pay in 4 allows you to split the cost of your payment into 4 easy payments, made every 2 weeks. No interest. No catch.
- Cryptocurrency Payment by Coinbase
Our customers are now able to checkout and pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum and USD Coin via Coinbase.
As most of our products are high-ticket products with an average order value of over $800. Some banks may have a risk system to block such a high-value online transaction. If your payment is declined, you can scroll up to the top of the checkout page to see the error message and contact your bank for asking approvement to pay again, or just change to a different payment method. Meanwhile, you can always contact us via online chat or email.At the same time, common rejected messages and solutions are listed below:
- Do Not Honour/High Risk/Fraud
It means declined by the card-issuing bank. You need to call your bank (Most of the time, they will call you first) to verify the transaction was processed by yourself, the cardholder, then pay again.
It means you have successfully paid for another order within 24 hours. The payment gateway is worried about repeated deductions so rejected this payment; if you need to process this payment, just contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will contact our bank to process it again.
- Expired Card/Insufficient Funds/Over Credit Limit
You need to pay with a new card.
- Stolen or Lost Card
The card-issuing bank marks the card as a lost card, and you need to pay with a new card
- Invalid Transaction
Currently, our credit card payment gateway 1/2 supports Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, Discover & JCB. And our credit card payment gateway 3 supports Visa, Master and UnionPay. Invalid transaction means that you used the other cards to pay, such as the cards that can only be used for refueling. You need to pay with a supported card.
- CVV2 Failure/Invalid Card Number
Wrong billing info. You could check the billing info and pay again.
- 24hr More Repeat/Canceled
It means your payment failed more than 3 payments within 24 hours, so our payment gateway rejected the payment. You could pay again with a new card or check correct billing info and pay after 24 hrs.
How to pay credit card via PayPal without a Paypal account? (not available now)
Step 1: After choosing the payment method, PayPal / PayPal Credit, you will be redirected to a PayPal page so that you could choose to pay via a Credit/Debit card. No need to enter any info above.
Step 2: After entering your billing info, you could pay by creating a PayPal account or just as a guest that no need a PayPal account.
